Regulação Emocional, Ansiedade E Depressão No Transtorno Do Espectro Autista
Uma Revisão Sistemática Sobre Suas Relações

Esta revisão sistemática buscou analisar a relação entre a Regulação Emocional (RE) no Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA) e os sintomas de ansiedade e depressão, e quais os instrumentos de avaliação desses fenômenos mais utilizados pelas pesquisas dos últimos cinco anos (2019-2024). Pesquisou-se em bases de dados como SciELO, PubMed e Cochrane Library, em inglês e português. Sete estudos foram incluídos. A análise revelou uma interação de mediação entre a RE, os sintomas de ansiedade e depressão e as características do TEA. Identificou-se uma associação relevante, ressaltando a importância de intervenções focadas na melhoria das estratégias de RE. Os resultados indicam a necessidade de estudos longitudinais, amostras mais amplas e desenvolvimento de instrumentos adaptados para indivíduos com TEA, para uma compreensão aprofundada desses fenômenos e intervenções mais eficazes. Esta pesquisa oferece contribuições importantes para a compreensão desses fenômenos e sugere possíveis direções para investigações e práticas clínicas.
