Postagens Sobre Suicídio no Twitter e Coeficientes de Mortalidade em Municípios do Estado de São Paulo

Resumo


Realizada análise das postagens relacionadas ao suicídio publicadas no Twitter de locais com os menores e maiores coeficientes de óbitos por suicídio do Estado de São Paulo. Foram realizadas buscas na página principal da plataforma, utilizando a palavra suicídio, considerando a língua portuguesa, nos locais de busca selecionados. As postagens que atendiam os critérios de inclusão foram submetidas à Análise Temática e análise estatística. A maioria das postagens eram tweets, perfis do sexo feminino, das cidades com menores taxas de suicídio no Estado de São Paulo, com discurso em primeira pessoa. As postagens com posicionamento preventivo tiveram mais chances de receber curtidas quando comparadas às pró-suicidas. Na Análise Temática surgiram 03 categorias, a “Banalização do Suicídio”, “Suicídio e Mídias Virtuais” e a “Dor Expressa nas Redes Sociais”. As postagens sobre suicídio em um local não estão necessariamente ligadas a maior mortalidade por suicídio e o conteúdo das postagens precisa ser considerado cuidadosamente.
