RELAÇÃO ENTRE O TRABALHO DO SÉCULO XIX E XXI: BREVE CONTEXTUALIZAÇÃO DAS PATOLOGIAS E LEGISLAÇÃO TRABALHISTA BRASILEIRA

Resumo

Este artigo apresenta uma caracterização do Direito do Trabalho no Brasil, iniciando pela Revolução Industrial no século XVI, perpassando seu desenrolar e progresso até o século XXI, com a finalidade de compreender o problema das patologias no trabalho. A metodologia utilizada baseia-se em pesquisa documental e pesquisa no campo empírico por meio de entrevistas a partir da eleição de categorias de análise. A análise dos dados possibilitou concluir que no século XVI o operário sofria com a precariedade das condições físicas sob o amparo do estatuto legislativo do trabalho. Atualmente, passado seis séculos de lutas por melhores condições de vida, o trabalhador depara-se com o desfalque na seguridade trabalhista, também ao abrigo do estatuto legislativo, quando se trata de direitos do trabalhador.

ABSTRACT

This paper presents a characterization of the Labor Lawin Brazil, starting with the Industrial Revolutionin the sixteenth century, spanning its development and progress until the twenty-first century, in order tounderstand the problem of disease at work.The methodology is based on desk research and empirical research in the field through interviews by the election of categories of analysis. The data analys is allowed the conclusion that in the sixteenth century the worker suffered from the precariousness of the physical conditions under the termsof the statute’s legislative work. Currently, after six centuries of struggle for better living conditions, the worker is faced with the drain on job security, also under legislative status, when it comes to worker rights.
